Is The Global Stylist Blueprint legit?

JJ Savani

Yes — and everything below is checkable without going through me.

If you are weighing £4,500 against MENSPIRE, Mentored By Menspire or anything else, you should be sceptical, and you should verify rather than take my word for it. This page exists so you can. It lists the students by name, links to their public reviews and filmed interviews, dates the outcomes — and publishes the four things GSB has not proven.

The students, by name

All three consented in writing to being named. All three post publicly and can be reached without me.

Why the same-week comparison matters

Three students, three different countries, three different starting points, June 2026, all demonstrating at the same international event. Olavur is the cleanest single test: same person, same market, same target brands, one changed variable. Over a year of silence alone; a signed distribution agreement within a week of changing the approach.

Who did what: the attribution rule

Prospects ring students and ask a version of this: did JJ make the introduction, or did you? So here is the answer in advance, per outcome rather than per student.

Both answers are needed. The first explains why this costs £4,500 and not £200. The second explains whether it survives me.

The outcome record

The mentorship agreement commits to three outcomes, agreed individually and written down before payment, conditional on the student attending at least 90% of the weekly one-to-one calls and completing at least 90% of the work set between them.

All six students who have met those thresholds have secured all three outcomes within 120 days. None has required the contractual free three-month extension, and no refund has been issued.

That figure is conditional, and the condition is not a technicality — it is the point. It says nothing about people who enrolled and did not do the work, and there is no claim being made about them here. What it says is that where the participation happened, the outcomes followed. Note the word: secured. One student secured an international MainStage slot inside the window but could not travel to it because a visa did not come through in time. The slot was won; the flight was not. We use "secured" precisely so that the claim survives anyone ringing round and asking.

The evidence behind it is documented per student: the three outcomes as written in their agreement, and the date each was secured. Six is a small number, and it is small on purpose.

JJ personally screens and audits every applicant. If he cannot help you, or your craft is not yet at the level the work demands, he does not sign you up — and that conversation happens before any money changes hands, not after. The mentorship is not sold to whoever applies; places are declined regularly.

So yes — the record is partly a product of who gets in, and we would rather say that than let you work it out. A programme that admitted everyone and reported six from six would be telling you something very different, and probably something untrue. What this number actually says is that where the screening was right and the participation happened, the outcomes followed every time.

Three of the six are named above, post publicly, and can be contacted directly without going through JJ.

What we have not proven

A page with no criticism on it is marketing. These are the four honest gaps, and I would rather you read them here than discover them later.

How to check this properly

  1. Message any of the three students directly on Instagram. They are not briefed and I am not copied in.
  2. Read the Trustpilot reviews in full, including the criticism.
  3. Watch the filmed interviews — each has a complete written transcript on this site.
  4. Cross-check the events. Professional Beauty India, Sergio Tacchini and Goldie are all independently verifiable outside anything I control.
  5. Compare honestly against MENSPIRE and Mentored By Menspire — that comparison names where they are genuinely stronger.
  6. Ask us the ten questions worth asking any mentorship — they are answered there on the record, including how much direct mentor access you actually get.
  7. Read exactly what happens when you join — the discovery call, how the three targets get written down, the participation requirements, and the extension terms.
